Agreement: I am duly and fully authorised to act on behalf of my company above. I personally hereby indemnify and hold supplier harmless for any damages suffered by it, should it at any stage appear that I’m not so authorised. The information supp**** herein with regard to me is complete, true and correct as of date of signature/electronic processing hereof. I am aware that should I wish to cancel this contract within ten days of signature above, I will have to notify the above mentioned company in writing and will be liable for fifty percent of the total amount of the annual contract. I am aware that White-e-Pages pty ltd is an Independent company and will have my company’s information advertised on multiple advertising platforms and will contact Telkom to list my information provided on Telkom 1023 at no cost for the Telkom 1023. I hereby indemnify all parties that may act on the information provided and against any claims that may result from its use. I am aware that the amount payable is nine thousand nine hundred and ninety nine rand only per year billed on invoice which will be due on invoice , I am aware that this amount payable is for marketing on social sites and on White e Pages website, and I am aware I am not being charged to be listed on the Telkom 1023. I shall be in breach of the agreement by cancelling this agreement before twelve months period. In such case, the supplier will have the right to suspend my account until such arears amounts together with interest thereon is received and paid in full. I am aware should the invoice not be settled within seven working days I will not be legible for the multiple advertising platforms and will only appear on the suppliers website. Supplier furthermore reserves the right to appoint external collection agencies that will be authorised to act on the Supplier’s behalf in the collection of any outstanding amounts. I am aware should I want to make any changes to the company information it is my responsibility to call the supplier.
