Reading all the reviews I wish there was a way that all the reviewers could get together and collectively submit a class action against this ********. Maybe HelloPeter could initiate such a step! We too have had little support and no success from the authorities.

Our story is almost identical to all other reviewers!

We were contacted by a person who said that they were from Telkom (we have an account with them) and that they needed us to confirm our details for our “white pages” listing. We confirmed with them that there was no cost or additional service linked to this request. A form was sent which was checked and completed. They immediately just sent an extract of this form and an invoice to our company for almost R10 000. What I did not notice, as it was on a “Telkom letterhead” and in very small print below, was that there was a disclaimer saying that they were not Telkom and that I was signing up for a 12 month contract (for a fictitious listing in a linked but otherwise inaccessible web directory)! Obviously as a small company, we cannot afford to get a bad credit rating, but we also do not agree with, nor support, ******ion. It is unbelievable that these people have made it a full time occupation to ****** and ********* people through this ****. It is unfortunate that we were caught out but at this stage we have not and have little intention of paying their ransom demands.
