This is a ****!!! The victim is led to believe that he/she is simply continuing a subscription to the Telkom directory, and so signs a "contract " without reading the small ( microscopic) print. The victim is then held liable for a bill of nearly R10,000 for a service that they neither want nor need, and possibly doesn't even exist. This is followed by harassment and "handing over to the credit bureau for black-listing". This has been going on for over two years, now, and the perpetrator needs to go to jail!! The victims need help!!!!!!
