I so agree with Alta! Minus 10 stars is more like it!

I have exactly the same story as everybody else. Misleading you to believe that they were simply updating and confirming the existing details to ensure that it was correct, and that there were no costs involved.

One of the most dominant items on the page they ask you to sign to ensure that your details are correct and up to date, is "FREE TELKOM 1023". And then they put the amount in WORDS, not numbers, in the tiny text at the bottom, so that you won't pick it up. They even use @telkomsa.net as their email address. Totally and intentionally misleading. They should be ashamed of themselves.
