WHITE PAGES ****

I have recently been approached by Zanele who advised that I need to update my business details on Telkom 1023. I told her I was not interested, but she nagged and continued to call numerous times requesting me to respond to her email. She insisted that the information needed to be updated and that my company listing on 1023 was free of charge. I eventually updated mu company info and signed the form. There was some fine print which is barely legible which says something to the effect of a cost of R9999 to advertise your business etc, but she reassured me that I was only updating info and this was FREE OF CHARGE. Now I get an invoice for over R10000 stating that failure to pay will result in me being blacklisted as well as legal action , the cost of which will be for my account. The company is totally ********* and misleading in the info that they are giving the client in order to get a signature. I will not pay this account and believe that any court will rule for the client against White pages who have numerous people very upset at their dishonesty and false information given in order to try to **** customers out of money !!!!!
