This is a ****. They contact you to "update your details" for free. They send an "invoice" a month later so you are unaware that there was a cost prior to completing the form. The heading on the form even says "Free Search engine optimization" and then in the finest of small print there is a clause that says the service is R9000+/year and there is a two day cooling off period. They then "hand you over" to a debt collecting agency that harrases you and threatens to blacklist you. They also add ridiculous charges and interest onto the account so people are scared into paying. DO NOT PAY. Its a ****. The agency has changed names several times: Credit Bureau Listings, Laraf Collections, ITC Summons)
