Do not fall for this ****! They called me to ask if I would like to continue my services with them. I have a current agreement with Telkom SA and they led me to believe it was an extension of that contract and that the monthly fee would be deducted from my Telkom Account. They pushed me to sign and email the document back to them. Today I receive a phone call demanding payment of R9540.00. I expressed my displeasure at being misled and told her to find the recording that confirms the lies I was told. Once found they should send it to me and cancel the contract. She harped on about me not reading the fine print. I told her I wasnt interested as I'd been **** to. I subsequently called the number on the very poor quality email signature to get a recording saying the number is cancelled. ***. I have emailed them to reiterate that they **** and that I'm onto their **** and that they should tear up their ********** contract and leave me alone.
