White Pages Online (Pty) Ltd ****! I would like to report the White Pages Online South Africa I too received a form that I had to fill in with my company details. I received the form from Nomthandazo and she did not mention at all that a payment had to be made after filling in this form. After lockdown they sent me an invoice for R9540.00 that they wanted me to pay and started phoning me almost every day for payment. Luckily I did my homework and found out that this was a ****. Below see the email that I received from them threatening me:

Sir/Madam RE: NOTICE OF DEFAULT IN TERMS OF SECTION 129 OF NATIONAL CREDIT ACT, 34 OF 2005 MONIES OWING TO WHITE PAGES ONLINE PTY Your attention is drawn to fact that you are indebted to the above in the sum of R 9540.00 being in respect of the advertising services rendered to you by White Pages Online Pty together with interest thereon at the rate of 9 % p.a with immediate effect to date of payment. You are entitled to refer our credit agreement to a debt counsellor, alternate dispute resolution agent, consumer court or ombudsman with jurisdiction, with the intent to resolve any dispute under the agreement or develop and agree on the plan to bring payment under the agreement up to date. Should we not receive payments, alternatively notification of your acceptance of one of the options as set out in the preceding within 10(ten) days hereof, we shall institute proceedings against you without further notice or delay. kindly note the issuing of summons will result in further legal costs which shall be borne by you. The cost of this notice are R 33.78. You are advised to regard this matter as one of an extremely serious nature.
