HI, we have had the exact same experience as Claudia and the other people. WE received an email, 1page contract , poor quality fine print, my husband signed it, not reading the tiny fine print. Next we received an invoice of R9540.00 13/09/2019. WE sent a cancellation email 14/09/2019. One of the White pages online PTY ltd members phoned asking for payment. My husband refused saying we did send a cancellation email and we dont want to sign up. He asked to speak to a manager, no one available. Next we received an email 27/09/2019 saying we must pay or else we will be handed over to the legal department. When trying to phone Miss Stella Adams *** the number just rings. I then googled white pages online pty and came accross this hellopeter complaint. We have also logged a complaint at the Ombudsman.......
