White Pages Online / Credit Bureau ****

Back to the ongoing Saga with the White Pages Online Directory. In short it has been identified as a **** where they tell you (if you ask), that they are part of Telkom and the deductions come off your Telkom account. Then they email you a document with fine print so small you need a magnifying glass to read it) and rush you to sign it, and that it is just to check that your details (which they took from you over the phone) are correct. They shortly thereafter harass you by phone to sign and send it back urgently. So, as it is just to check details are correct, you quickly check your details and sign.... without reading the small print! Big mistake. Then they harass you for a huge payment into the thousands which comes as a shock to you as they told you it comes off with your Telkom bill. After investigating and discovering its a ****, I told them I was onto their **** and to leave me alone. They then start to threaten to hand you over. I told them to go ahead. Then a month or so later, I start getting messages via sms threatening to blacklist me if I ďont pay (from credit bureau). I ignore those. The latest is the phone calls. They cleverly tell you they are from the credit bureau (to scare you) and are collecting their money. I tell them its a **** and I know it, so they should stop harassing me. Today I get a second call and am told they will call me every day until I pay. I tell them they are welcome to but I still wont pay. She asks why did I sign if I wont pay. I tell her to get the recording from the first sales lady so she can see the lies we were told. I have their latest telephone/cellphone number (which is definately not a business if you call it), their email address which ends in @creditbereau.biz.... not .co.za or .com and their supposed work address is in Mosibiya Mdluli Street, Durban. I offered to come and have coffee with her when the Coronavirus scare is over, just so I can confirm how legitimate the address is she gave me.
