WHITE PAGES LISTING HUGE ********

White Pages Listings are ********. We have been harassed continuously by these ********. Every time they phone, I ask for there registration number, Director Name and contact details, then they put the phone down. A few weeks later, the same thing happens. This has happened more than 20 times. Yesterday an "Attorney" phoned me to tell me that we have been handed over, because we don't want to pay the R10 000 for there add placement on the internet. I asked the lady for her fidelity fund certificate and her practice number. She told me that I need to request this info via e-mail. She didn't want to give me an e-mail address. She told me that she will send me an e-mail and I can reply to her e-mail with my requests. I still haven't received any e-mail from this supposed Attorney. White Pages Listing wants us to pay R3 500 to cancel this internet add. When I asked them to send me proof of this add placement that cost R10 000 - It is literally only the business name, one contact number and one e-mail address. We have phoned the number on their signature ***. This number is an answering machine, giving you another number *** which apparently is the accounts department. When I asked for the directors name, this lady freaked out and asked why I want the directors name. I told her that they are harassing me and I would like to report them as ********. Same thing - They will send me an e-mail and I must reply on the e-mail with my requests. No e-mail received. I also asked her for their registration number. She MAY NOT give out their company registration number because I can use it for *****. When I send an e-mail to the address that they send a form from stating, they are working with Telkom and Telkom would like to update your business details, *** (Please note DierctorYs) I get a read receipt, but no reply. We are now having our IT people blocking their e-mail addresses and telephone numbers.
