white pages just let me down

i have been in the same industry for 20years, about 1 year ago i opened my own business. we have been taking a normal entry for advertising company name for about R1000. my manager made a mistake thinking it was the same as usual and signed the form but later found out it was for R13000. she told them its a mistake we cannot afford it, with covid business not so good please change to R1000 advert. they refused to listen or understand and are threatening to hand account to legal, i have reported a complaint to ncc as well. besides all this 3 months have passed but they have not even shown me the R13000 advert
