White pages is *****

Hello Peter, I was contacted by the 'white pages business entries' and was told to update my details as this number now belongs to me and not the previous company they had on file. I was sent a document and asked to fill it in numerous times. So I did. They then send me an invoice for R9000 saying this is the service a app**** for - which I had no idea was being offered, nor did I ask for. I told them that this must be some sort of mistake as that is not what the lady on the phone was asking for as the White Pages. They told me to look back at the contract which, in blurry fine print, basically says 'Free Service, but you must R9000.' I assured them that this is a mistake and I was not told about any service that they offer (still assuming they are the white pages and merely wanted my details) and would not like such service - they told me that there is nothing they can do and I must pay or they will send lawyers onto me.. white pages is a total ****, I asked for recordings but apparently they don't record calls, everything credit facility should have recordings... this company is a *****
