Seems White Pages is on the prowl again. Just received a call asking me if I wanted to list. Please note THIS IS A ****! If they have already caught you, don't even bother talking to them. The "collection agency" name changes periodically - Ubuntu, ITC etc. All debt agencies are governed by the Debt Collectors Act 114 of 1998 and have to be registered with the South African Debt Collectors Council. These ****mers are not! They cannot legally get a cent out of you, even if you signed a bogus contract. Put down the phone, block them, don't even bother engaging.
