White Pages Directory a ****!!!

I have just checked the complaints on Hello Peter and have had exactly the same issue with White Pages Directory as others...I rep**** to their initial mail that I was not interested in the service. They phoned and said they were updating their records and there was no charge, basically putting you under pressure to sign the document, which I did understanding that it was for updating info only with no charges. I rep**** the same day by mail to say that I will not pay anything and any contract must be cancelled with immediate effect (there is a mention of 5 days in the small print). I received another mail demanding payment which I rep**** to that I would not be paying and now I had a lady called "Mandy" phoning me for payment trying to bully me with threats to hand me over. This "company" or whatever it needs to be charged with *****.
