White Pages and ITC Summons ****

I have read the reviews on Hellopeter and I see the customer has not responded to any of these reviews. It seems this is a **** that has been going on for a few years and it seems they have been robbing unsuspecting businesses for years. What can be done about the constant calls and threats to list your business due to non-payment? The supposedly free update was not free! What is the legal recourse to stop this happening to other people and how much money have these people managed to get out of customers who found themselves forced into making payment in order to stop the calls. What can be done to stop the constant harassment? We will not be paying anything to anyone involved in this ****, but we also do not want to put up with the constant threatening mails or calls. Does anyone have any suggestions or can advise on the actions to take?
