I was telephonicaly contacted and was asked to update the existing company details on Telkom directory. I specifically asked if this listing cost anything and the consultant said NO. I have now received an Invoice for R9540. The form on which I updated the company details are so small you can hardly read the small print binding you to a 12 month contract. I spoke to the head of accounts at White pages online, a woman named Kim. She was extremely rude and kept trying to read the small print paragraph and struggled horribly to read it herself. I asked her how many people do they **** like she has ****med us. I would like advice as how to deal with these people.
