White Business Pages **** or not?

I received a call for payment to be listed on business white pages. I requested that the listing be removed as I am currently down-sizing and don`t need the service anymore. The lady kept hassling me for payment. After I made payment of R4800 my bank reversed the payment after a few days. (This made me think the bank account is *****). Today I received an invoice from the Credit Bureau Listings for the amount owing as well as interest charged and legal fees. Can anyone give me information with regards to if this company is legit or not?
