White Business Pages - bordering on blatant *****!

White Business Pages’ sales person deliberately misled our Nelspruit Branch leader into signing a document to confirm our phone details were correct. At no stage was a charge mentioned. In their document, it refers to a “free service” in bold letters, then in their fine print, which is very small and hardly legible, it lists a charge of R8300 for which White Business Pages has invoiced us. Our Nelspruit leader is not authorised to sign contracts on behalf of the company anyway, but he is more than capable of confirming our contact details as being correct. When we pointed this out to White Business Pages and told them to cancel the so called “contract”, they responded that a 45% cancellation fee must be paid! Their practice is not only ********* but also bordering on blatant *****!
