This business is totally *********! we received a call at our offices informing us that they want to update our information on their website, in this call no fees were consulted. after sending through the information we receive an invoice of just below R10 000. in total shock we investigate the matter further. on the document where you need to fill in all your information and sign to confirm all is correct they stipulate the amount. we wanted to see what R10 000 will get us on this website and all it is, is our business name and address, no email, no telephone number, nothing! now that we refuse to pay the amount they have listed our business! another thing to look at is that the invoice is not as per SARS regulations and therefore is not valid! i will give White pages 2 working days to either respond to our email or this review to sort out this manner internally before we will file a complaint!
