Terrible customer service

Hi

My name is Faith and I was contacted by a lady from call centre and her is Zandile. She said our company was listed on their site and they're currently updating their database and she needed me to fill in a form which she sent to me via email. She kept on calling to confirm if I had filled in the form and when it would be sent back to them as she needed to load us on their system. I delayed in sending it back and she said we are already listed with them and she's merely updating our details. I asked her a number of times if there would be any costs involved and she said no. I Finally filled in the form and sent it back to her only to be sent an invoice of R9000 + a few days later stating that we signed a 12 month contract with white pages. I'm currently being pestered by their accounts department calling me almost everyday making follow-up of when payment will be made. All that was not explained to me from the onset and I was obviously misled into making this sale by call centre agent (Zandile). When I explained this to the accounts and requested them to listen to the recording I was told that not all calls are recorded and when I asked what was the criteria for calls that are recorded and those not I was not given an answer. Please be aware of this company as it misleads people.
