TELKOM Telephone Directory Imposter

In September 2018 , I received an email from Samantha , from a TELKOMSA.NET email account. Having recently taken out a Telkom business telephone deal , i assumed this was a listing for the local directory . The document was hardly legible as it was scanned and photocopied many times. It even said in big bold telephone directory and only assumed it was fromm Telkom.

On my one admission I had not read and it sent the document back . I was then promptly charged R8340 from a company called White Pages that is not even VAT registered.

I immediately rep**** to a mail at ********** to a person called LELO on 25.09.2018 asking for the invoice to be credited as it was an error and I didn't require their services . I had further interactions with Samantha , LELO and Wilson Mkhize , who has threatened to hand me over as well list me with the credit bureau.

I simply didn't require the services , for reasons stated below and wish to be credited and be continually harassed by various people for payment despite sending them explanations and reasoning. This cant be tolerated. This is not an ethical organisation. They are just intent on *****ing people over for services I had no idea existed from an organisation I had never heard off or had a presentation of services. These are the reasons I have sent to them which they have not responded to. I have proof all my correspondence to them

-The organisation is not even VAT registered - I received no call or any presentation of their product offering - I didnt even know what this company does for R8340 - I received no call from your sales team presenting your product and if so I require the voice recording where I agreed to this and all terms and conditions were explained to me . - I know nothing about what services you provide I was under the impression that you are secondary directory book -i have a website which is easily found on Google which is far more efficient than whatever is your product offerings - it is a small business and doesn't have the funds to pay for this -your threat of legal action...listing with the credit bureau and interest has to comply with the consumer acts. You can not charge someone or list someone or business who doesn't require your services and who has asked for the invoice to be credited as it was mistaken for a free service

I merely want a credit and the issue closed. Organisations like this who act ************ly with the intent of only self gain should not be condoned.
