As many people have mentioned here: apart from being assured numerously that there were NO CHARGES, they slapped with with an almost R10k invoice about 6 weeks after I have idiotically signed a form without reading the fine print. Yes, that one with the amount in words so that you won't spot it easily!! Apart from the above and all other complaints here - the invoice had no address details, no VAT number, no bank details. I am now waiting on them to hand me over to ITC so that I can report them for a VAT audit with SARS - as 101 clients at R9999 will put them over the annual limit!! Game on, Miss Lynn.
