After reading the other reviews I was shocked as exactly the same happened to us. Never was there any charge for a plain White Pages listing and then to receive an account of over R 10 000.00 was shocking. I actually did not even want to engaged with them as none of our clients would ever use the White Pages. And during Covid our business was hit hard and we did not even spend money on marketing as lockdowns caused lack of clients.

I requested the recordings as every time they told me the recordings were recorded.

How can one find out whether the names mentioned by other complaints are actually part of White Pages or ********?

The threats are getting serious now but what have realised is the summons and blacklisting notice is addressed to "Sir/Madam" and not to anyone specific and that is not how it normally works.

What can be done about these ********????
