I would like to compliment Amanda call center agent Amanda for her fast and efficient service. Once again, a hidden diamond in your institution. I love it when, every now an then I call and speak to an agent who actually knows and appreciates their job. She managed to sort out a problem no one else wanted to sort out for the last month, within a few minutes. Keep up the good work Amanda!
