***** and bullies

The bullying tactics and downright lies, they use to coerce one into signing are despicable. They have been contacting the directors of our company for a while now- and get turned down- so they contacted me, the front desk, and told me that I needed to update our details for their system before a deadline- telling me we are already clients of theirs, which we obviously weren't. I did not fill in the forms on time and they phoned me 3 days in a row, each time getting more annoyed with aggressive undertones until- each time leading me to believe we already had a contract with them and needed to update our details. I finally "Updated" our company details and the next time I heard from them was the accounts department demanding their money. I didn't even receive a formal, invoice before that time. At no time was I told about a monthly fee or about a 5 day "cool off" period in which I could cancel if I wasn't happy. When I wanted to cancel they mentioned the "cool off" period that I didn't take advantage of. The company I am working for is now making me personally liable for the costs- which means I cannot afford my rent and cannot go for the operation I need to lead a normal life. A truly despicable company built on lies and guerrilla warfare to get their way, hiding behind their fine print.
