Harassment and Threatening

When the consultant phones, they clearly state that you won't be paying any fees. The you receive and Invoice and they keep on making treating phone calls and even handed us over to the credit bureau, they keep on phoning forcing me to pay and fill in the forms. And if you ask them for the recordings where is stated I will only fill in the forms if there is no payment, they refuse to give it to me. Like a previous complainant said can't class action be taking against them.
