Harassed by Call Centre Agents

Our business was contacted a few weeks ago with an offer to update our records on White Pages, I requested they send an email with this request. We rep**** declining the offer. I have been receiving calls everyday for about 3 weeks now, sometimes 2 to 3 times a day from the same call centre agent Hazel with the same offer, she has been informed that our business is not interested and to kindly remove our contact details from their call list. Yesterday I received 3 calls from her, and today 2 calls and after I tell her to stop phoning, she puts the phone down without apologising or saying goodbye. Please train your call centre to listen to people who are not interested and to stop harassing them. This is highly unprofessional.
