I was called from the White Business Listings and informed that I needed to Update our details. I was very specific and wanted to know if it was just an update or is there an invoice involved. I was told it's only to update our details. A form was emailed which i filled in and signed it and sent it off. 2 weeks later I received an invoice for the amount go R8340. I tried calling the no on the invoice but could never get through. Whenever they call I would ask to please speak to the supervisor or manager and was told they are not available. They then handed us over to a Debt collecting company and I explained the situation but no luck. They then handed us over to the Credit Bureau which called and the emailed. Today I received another email.
