I received an email from this company requesting that i complete a form or update my company details which i ignored because i was swamped with work. I then started getting an unnecessary amount of phone calls from the same person who sent the email "Nkululeko"....nagging me to complete the form. I kept brushing her off and told her to call back as i was busy. Eventually i got annoyed with the calls and decided to speak to her and i asked her what the costs involved would be - she confirmed that there are no costs to be paid and that i should just complete the form and send back to them. She confirmed that there are no costs involved so i had the document signed by my Director and sent it off. Two months later i start getting emails and phone calls saying that we have an outstanding balance - i then asked for telephone recordings of the conversation i had with Nkululeko but they apparently have none. I received a final notice last week threatening to take us to court.

This is NOT how you do business. I was harassed to say the least to sign the document and was assured that no costs were involved. I did not read the very tiny fine print because i assumed that it was formalities with basic clause. I am going to lay a complaint against the White pages for ***** as well as harassment and if it needs to be taken to court then so be it because they will definitely lose the case. I have not even seen proof that they listed my company under the white pages.

If any money is wanted from us, i expect the Director to contact me - other than that i am not entertaining this ******* White Pages needs to STOP phoning, emailing and sending daily sms'
