DECEPTION OF THE WORST KIND

I was telephoned in September 21 by Thobile from white pages asking for the details of my business to be added into the yellow pages for free. I was sent an email to complete white pages telephone directory form. at no stage was I told that there would be a charge for the white pages, I was only told that they would update the yellow pages with my details I then received a telephone call on Mon 4/10 asking why I hadnt paid my annual subscription, when I told the lady that I had been ******* into this and that I was never told that there was a cost I was informed yes that is correct - you only know about the cost in the small print. this is totally disgusting to trick small businesses into signing up for this. This is deceiptfull advertising at its worst. The trick was in the phone call to state that my details in the yellow pages need to be updated and its for free.
