Whitepages contacted me stating that they were updating our company iformation and that they were checking to see if we were still called nace truck maintainence. So i told them we are Nace logistics. They then asked us to fill in the form to update the information. we filled it in and sent it back. They did not tell us we needed to pay a fee. After a few days they send us a bill for R6000. We sent them an email stating we did not agree to a subscription and needed it cancelled. also we are just employees with no signing power. they refuse to cancel it. they didnt tell us it was a subscription and they refuse to cancel. are they willing to put peoples jobs at risk because they are being so underhanded. when they called all they said is they are updating information thats why we gave them our email to send us the document. never once was payment mentioned.
