Hi All

They have two companies under same Director Fiona Pillay . Business Entries and White Pages Business Entries. Both own under same person.

We have been ****med by them and we unfortunately are not paying ********** just because they harasses us to make payment to them. They also phone once a week or every third day.

The companies are both based: 115 Musgrave Avenue Musgrave Berea Kwazulu-Natal 4001

I am aware this is a bold listing and entitles me/us to a maximum of 7 lines of listing Plus an advert on your your websites only. Should you require logos, pictures or descriptive text of your choice, you may forward them. I accept the product provided (is online advertising only) and I am aware Business Entries Pty Ltd is an independent online advertising company who is not affiliated to Telkom or Trudon. I am aware that this is a twelve month contract (total value of contract, eleven thousand nine hundred and eighty eight rand only excluding vat, (R 11988.00 only))vat is not charged. I am aware this contract will renew annually unless cancelled and Business Entries (Pty) Ltd needs to send me confirmation from themselves acknowledging my request to cancel in the following years. Advertising is to be carried out for the above mentioned company as per the details above. I am aware the total amount payable on your invoice is Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty eight rand only. I am aware Business Entries Pty Ltd will not be invoicing me for vat. I am aware an invoice is not subjected to cancellation after five working days of signature below and will make payment on time. I am aware delayed payments will incur penalty fees after 30 days and will be handed over for collection including cost son an attorney and client scale. I hereby indemnify all parties that may act on the information provided and against any claims that may result from its use. I have read understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions on this contract. I am aware the free search engine optimization is only applicable to clients whom make payments within ten days of invoice. I am fully aware the search engine optimization is a free service provided to me from Business Entries pty ltd and do not hold them responsible for any adverse publicity I may obtain via google advertising. I am aware I will have to contact Business Entries to follow up on my search engine optimization and provide Business Entries with the activation's codes that will be emailed to me from Google. Should I fail to contact Business Entries with these activation codes timorously, I will not hold Business Entries responsible for late advertising on Google. I am aware the activation code is valid for 10 days only and that it's my responsibility to provide it to Business Entries. I fully understand this contract can only be cancelled in writing within five working days of my signature to this document and I am aware there will be amount of fifty percent (Five Thousand Nine Hundred and and ninety four rand only) of the total contract payable for cost incurred in the initial processing and cancellation. I am duly authorized to sign on behalf of the company whose details appear in paragraph 1 above and bind myself as surety and co-principal debtor with the entity described in paragraph 1 above for all payments due to Business Entries am fully aware this contract is based on all written information provided and not based on any telecommunication between myself and any staff of Business Entries. I am aware and except that any cause of action shall fall within a Magistrate's court. I declare all information provided by me on this contract is true and correct. I have read and fully understood all terms and conditions on this contract. I am agreeing to this contract based on written information provided on this contract. This is the whole agreement concluded by both parties and no variation, amendment , alteration, modification, indulgence, waiver of any provision of this agreement will be of any force or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by the parties.
