Bad Customer Service

They send me a email and directly after that, called and asked to complete for the telephone book (Telkom Telephone book) without asking if I would be interested. All our information was wrong, so I correct everything and signed for it. 2 weeks later they send me an invoice. They had me sign a contract under false pretences and now they refuse to remove our information. I never agreed to anything and was never asked if they can publish anything. Sins then I received numerous calls after I told them I will not pay for something I did not want or have the money to pay. I know had to pay a cancellation fee just to have our information removed. Please be careful to whom you give information and for what telephone book it is for. I'm really not very happy with the way they handled everything and that they led us under false pretences.
