Manager bad attitude

Everyone who have little kids, know how a child can embarras you as a parent. Yesterday we entered Whiethouse Linen at the Somerset West Decor Centre. My five year old girl asked the staff to use the loo. We purchased R12000+ goods for our guesthouse. As I loaded some of the linen in the car, my mother payed for it and one of the staff members approached her and told her that my child made a disgusting mess in the ladies room. I was still unaware of it. My mother had a look and she came to the car and was just starting to tell my what had happened, when the manager approached our vehicle and ordered me to clean my child's mess. What my child did, was totally unacceptable and has never happene before. I would of offered to clean it anyway. Never would I expect someone else to clean our mess. But for a manager to have a bad attitude, acting all high and mighty and treating clients' who spend thousands at their shop, like *********; were unacceptable. I went inside and cleaned the bathroom with my own pack of wet wipes. They did not even offer me a cloth or clening products. Never will I set foot in that shop again! How can she expect a five year old to act rational if she as an adult do not know how to handle a situation tactful.

Thank you Tracey Benton, Regional Manager, for reacting on my email with great sensitivity and care. Just sorry the rest of the team did not show the same.
