Excellent Staff

I visited Whitehouse in Gardens and found a style of mug that I’d been looking for for a while. They only had 4 in the colour I wanted. The staff told me that they’d be ordering more and would contact me as soon as they came in and would also send pictures of the other colours I could choose from. True to their word, they called me the moment stock arrived and send images of what came in. All staff were extremely helpful and warm and friendly, I didn’t get everyone’s names but a big shout out to Neil who was the one that called, sent pictures and greeted me with a “Hi, I’ve been waiting for you” as soon as I walked in and then promptly went to get the mugs he’d placed aside for me. Great service all round.
