Whiteheart deco awful service

Following my previous review about the owner Jay refusing to refund my deposit paid in February 2020. I just phoned him now to query as no payment was received the last months. His response was " I refuse to talk to you because you went on social media, I will pay you when I pay you" and he cut the call. How rude coming from a business who provided absolutely no service. They're just sitting with our money! My husband is a pensioner, we cannot afford legal services. All we want is our money returned.
