WhiteCross regime

I wanted to exchange a school shirt for a bigger size. The self-entitled lady who assisted me asked me why I didn't button up and folded the shirt precisely the way I bought it. I did not respond. She does not have to know what I go through and had to deal with to get to the shop to exchange the shirt. (That is why you always have to be kind to people lady).

They did not have a bigger size and wanted my address to deliver. They would send a bigger size shirt to the printers.

I asked for a refund and told the guy (probably the manager/owner) that I didn't appreciate how the lady treated me. Guess what, they don't refund cash... clearly printed on the slip. Is it even legal?

He was more than expected offended and started shouting that this is not the old white regime and that I would not throw my weight around in his store with idle threats.

I'm very hurt by the way I was treated by the people at White Cross today. They did not only dehumanise me but also "stole" money that they clearly do not need.
