Excellent customer service

With most laundries there's a DIY and service from the employees. Now the thing with DIY is that you will never receive help from the staff. They'll give you change for the machine yes, but won't help you operate the machine if you're unable to. I came to this laundry expecting the same kind of service, but to my suprise, the lady gave me change, helped me load my laundry and helped me operate the machine. Not that I couldn't do it but due her commitment to customer service I got the best help ever. I urge a lot of people to go there and do their laundry, hassle free and with very friendly staff. I'm grateful for people like them in this world we live in.
