Poor Customer Service and bad attitude

We used White Tiger Security Solutions to install an alarm system and to link a video intercom to an existing electric lock. The Director Munier Davids installed the system with many call backs due to incomplete work. He also informed us the the electronic lock was faulty and worked intermittently. We later got an electrician to look at the lock. There was nothing wrong with the lock - Munier did not want to do the wiring properly as it was always in a hurry to leave.<br> <br> When requested to complete the job three months later he gave a very sarcastic reply \If your electrician is so smart why didnt he fix it". This is completely unprofessional and really *********** service by White Tiger Security. I regret using his services as he is not cheap either and would not recommend him to anyone."""
