Horrible service and exploitation of customers

My friends and I experienced the most rudest and ill treatment at that horrible establishment. We got there around 23:00 and we immediately ordered the Hennessy bottle special which comes with the hubbly, we proceeded and ordered more ciders and draught beers and around 00:00 we were told the place is closing and that we cannot leave with our alcohol. I called a waiter ( her name is Tsidi she has dreadlocs ) to find out why they were closing that early and also why they let us buy so much alcohol and what to do since we're still drinking she said " Nizoske nibone nizothini ” which in english means Its up to you what you'll do. We paid and left, we were even obligated to pay a 10% service fee while we experienced the worst service.
