Wish I could give it zero stars

Wish I could give it zero stars. I found thick blood clot looking sludge inside of my 2L box. I proceeded to let their customer service team know about it and it's been 3 weeks and ivve gotten zero response from the team. This is unacceptable and disgusting customer service.
