SOMETHING SCARY IN JUICE !!!!

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my brother Rasheed Wahab, , on Sunday 1st Feb 2015 , I drank a liquid fruit cooler , and whilst drinking it I realized something was wrong with it , I then discovered something thick in the bottle that looked thick and slimy, I immediately threw up and felt sick the entire evening , I went to the doctor on Monday 2nd Feb 2015 and got some meds and throat was inflamed , I then contacted the call centre on the 02/02/2015 as well and spoke with Misa who promised they will collect to analyse what was wrong , it is now the 5/02/2015 and nobody contacted me , I am feeling sick and psychologically feel something is wrong , I will arrange to take the bottle to a laboratory and bill liquid fruit for this , I AM VERY DISSATISFIED AND FEEL THAT THEIR IS NO URGENCY FROM LIQUI FRUIT!!!! I DON`T WANT TO SUE LIQUI FRUIT BUT ALL I WANT IS TO KNOW WHAT IS IN THE BOTTLE AND WHAT EFFECT IT HAS ON ME!!!
