Rotten products

I bought my favorite Cranberry cooler at shoprite only to find that it had some particles inside i tried to notify Liqui fruit on their Facebook page by posting a photo of those particles that were in that juice, i was asked to leave my contacta which i did but no one has ever gotten back to me.
