LIQUI FRUIT COMPLAINT

I am writing this email with great disappointment. I bought a few liqui fruit juices at Oxford Supermarkets in Hillcrest, the expiry date was 19 October, so i kept a few in the grocery cupboard. Today i had visitors over, i took out one box, when i opened the box it had black substances on the next of the bottle. I then poured in the glass, then i noticed the brownish colour and knew something was wrong. I then poured it in a jug because i wanted to check, to my surprise something was really inside but it couldn't slide through because it was bigger then the neck of the bottle. I had to cut open the box, to my surprise i found something so disgusting, i cannot believe my eyes. I could not take it back to Oxford because i no longer have the receipts. Please the attached pictures.

I am writing this email in disappointment and disgust. I cannot imagine how this would have affected my family's health had i not been there to notice this.

I want someone to please give me answers. This cannot be right how can this juice leave your manufacture without being approved as safe for human consumption.

I have seen the liqui fruit facebook page, none of these queries are attended to, it is like we as consumers must not voice out our concerns and complaints.

Please treat this matter with out most urgency.
