HORRID DISCOVERY IN LIQUI FRUIT !!!!!!

My son ( 15 months) loves and only drinks liqui fruit .ive purchased a 2lt Liqui fruit clear apple and the expiry date says the 24/03/2021 however when i was pouring out the last bit i felt something heavy and cut the bottle open to check only to find a horrid huge piece of something that looks like a piece of deteriorated lungs/ liver .

im extremely upset as my child has been drinking this!!!!!!! ive read alot of reviews and other complaints about the same thing and there was no solution or precautions taken !!! my child has a running stomach the entire week .Could this be the Liqui Fruit ???? what if something happens to my child having drank this whole box of infected liqui Fruit.

please dont offer me free juice or vouchers as im not interested in this product .
