On Saturday 24/10/2020. I purchased 3 1lt liqui Fruit Juice from checkers in Gateway and when it was opened for consumption, A type of Fungi looking creature was found, note that my daughter and her mother (whom is breastfeeding) had consumed this. She has since then been sick. They sent me a quistionaire with alot of quiestions of which I responded advising them to call my partner as she had consumed it along with our daughter as s I am still waiting for them to respond to me and expect them to take my daughter for neccessary check ups.I even called them sometime last week and still no one has contacted her.This means that my families health is off no importance to Liqui Fruit or Pioneer foods as a whole. Extremely disgusted by the manner in which my dispute has been handled to date. I even have a reference number which will serve as proof of my query and when it was lodged, and also images of the foreign object. Extremely unhappy and don't eve see myself buying liqui fruit or any Pioneer Foods products,will also be lodging a dispute with the department of health on this.I am extremely disgusted
