We have also redone a batch for you at no charge. It is now 18 months later and we have not heard a word until now.
You are very welcome to contact us should you want us to formulate products for you.

23 Aug 2023, 10:30Just to be clear: we have communicated with White Label, but they did not respond positively to our concerns. To date, they have not been willing to accept responsibility for a spoilt batch, and that is where my concern lies.
