Most terrible experience ever in a BnB. The lodge had no towels, sheets, soaps or any toiletries that are necessary for a BnB. When we spoke to the attendant about the issue, she simply rep**** that they do not have, for a BnB??? When we requested to leave! The Owner REFUSED TO REFUND US AND DEMANDED WE LEAVE HIS PREMISES.

This is horrific customer service, a case of theft is now opened!
