Disgusting service-White Heart PMB

This company is extremely frustrating to deal with....payment was made into their account once the quotation was received, 4 days later a refund was requested as the goods were not required and they refused to give the refund, then alternate goods were requested for hire and on the day of the function, they failed to provide the service that was paid for,without any communication and they refused to answer the message when the client asked what time they will be there, three hours before the function could start . When asked why they didn't deliver, she was it's their fault that the service was not provided due to them not collecting, but was not communicated that they will not be delivering or that the client needs to collect and worse off than the function venue was literally a few doors away from their establishment. The owner was arrogant and has no customer care what's so ever. This company is a terrible company to use, the person that paid for the goods is livid due to the fact that money was paid, service was not carried out , so this company just took money for no reason.
